Attach artifacts

For SIS certification: attach the printed AE checklist (or JSON export) plus engineer preflight output. For Enterprise tenants, attach proof of password-disable, MFA enforcement, SCIM active=false disable, and deprovision time test.

SKYE Identity Standard (SIS) is an enforcement system: policies, controls, evidence, and go-live gates. Deployments that do not pass SIS are not labeled “SKYE Production Certified.”
